This was purchased second hand in the early 80's by Bradshaw. I believe it is self propelled and the intent was to use it with a single flat car for loading/unloading rail. Unfortunately, the brakes were of little use on any grade, especially with a flat car so it was hardly ever used. Not sure if the railroad still owns it or not?
