I remember it well! It was located in the historic building on the corner of 6th St and Rose St, which still stands today. I visited many times with my father when staying in Georgetown in the summer.

As I recall, it was a HO scale layout with HO scale track (not HOn3), that covered the "Loop" and a good portion of the Argentine Central.

I believe it was removed in the late 60's or early 70's when the building was remodeled.
