And another odd feature

In addition to the automatic *NM* and *PIC* we've also added a user profile feature. If you want to let everyone know something about you, you can create a profile for yourself. You can also create links to other web pages you like or even to photos.
When you make a profile, you will be required to create a password then use that password whenever you post. This may sound inconvenient, but it guarrantees that only you can post using your name so others who might wish to tarnish your reputation won't be able to do it that way.
Of course, it's use is completely optional and if you just like to lurk making only occasional comments, that's fine too.
