Frank,
Good Call. I was able to turn over a PSC RPO Car in Brass. They do have a moisture trap on them. It also make prefect sense that the pipe was not level to help the condensation reach the moisture trap. Now to see if I can find a good shot of the San Juan Wreck at Phantom Curve in 1947. Two San Juan Coaches went 300 feet down the hill and just about upside down. A good clear shot should be able to give up this secret.
