464 is torn down for her 1472 day inspection under the new FRA regulations. The tubes are removed, and when we have time we will do the ultrasonic survey of her boiler. Wheelsets are ready to go back in and have been for some time. But, I estimate there is still 2,300 - 2,500 man-hours required, along with $35-40,000 in parts and outside services before she will be ready for service.
