After my rant against PCDs I spoke with a VERY knowledgeable source about the C&TS RR app and he pointed out, and I agree, that the app is not intended to replace the interactive, personal Docent experience but, rather to have people receive info during their ride on a real time basis even if they're sitting in their seat. Hopefully it will enhance their overall experience and generate follow on questions for the onboard Docent.

Now back to our regular programming,
