I believe that Carl Aul, Keystone Light Railway Equipment Co., Herminie, PA did the Opryland locomotives.
No. 1, "Beatrice" unfortunately was converted from a steam 0-4-4RT to a diesel powered 0-4-0, it is now at Kirby Family Farm in Williston, Florida.
No. 2, "Rachel" remains a steam locomotive, now stored inside the "roundhouse" at the Grapevine Vintage Railroad in Grapevine, Texas.
