Are you a corporation? Once when I was doing a charter on the C&TS I got an attorney and it was decided to incorporate to save possible liability on myself and the family. We took a policy through a known insurance company who insured those kind of things with railroads. I do not recall the company however. Hopefully some of the tourist railroads will respond to your message.
