Re: Durango photos again

The shots of of 20 and 41 are likely from 48 or 49. 41 was indeed used occasionally on the south end in 48 and 49. I have seen several photos of 41 and 20 double heading out of Durango.

Other clues can be found on 20 and 41. On 20 the sander line was moved to the front of the 1st driver set in 47, then later(48) the smokebox was painted aluminum in a sloppy fashion with overspray on the number plate and other areas. 20 also has the home made pilot step on the right side that was installed in 47 or 48.

41 was shopped in 45 and was painted with the odd miss aligned lettering on the tender. 41 also had the same treatment to the smokebox as 20 and now looks pretty dirty.
