Bill, of course I was just kidding on this thread. Obviously, getting in the way of this 1,000 horsepower snow and ice throwing machine is a really bad idea. Although it seemed funny at the time, and still does, this person could have been severely injured. Luckily there was only reasonably soft snow on this stretch of track. A few hundred feet earlier a blue Geo Metro at the Coxo crossing was not so lucky. Flying ice and snow boulders knocked out it's rear window, filled the car with snow and lowered the roof by about two inches. High speed ice and hard snow chunks can clearly inflict severe damage to whatever they hit.
