My latest acquisition from athe Kenneth Barrow collection. I believe that this is off the steel deck bridge just below "Otto" on the Marshall Pass line. The 1927 DRGW ICC Valuation map shows a bridge at MP 423.41. Could this be the same bridge with an adjustment made in later years? I can't find any photos clear enough to see.
