I was hoping to get her at Eureka, but if they'd been on schedule it would've been dark when they got there. As it turns out, they were 2 hours early. However, I'd made plans to catch the arrival near the Amshack in Downtown. But the traffic was too bad and the train was moving too fast. I couldn't get there in time.

Can you share your shots from Eureka?


*For the non-Texans, Eureka is a former MKT yard on the west side. There's a sweeping curve there at the junction that 4014 probably looked great going through.
