Those engines were parked there a long time. 493 is not one of them. It ran in 1967 and 1968 and was in the roundhouse at the end of steam, along with 484, 483, 493, and 498. I bet those engines were there in 1968 and 1969.
I was there both years and shot pictures, but haven't done much with scanning them. I posted some dead engine shots, that I believe were Black and White, on this board. Others have also. Try searching Alamosa D&RGW NG for example or something similar. Rails at Cumbres(Main line) looks rusty, but it could be the off-season before 1968!!
