A few days ago, I witnessed Stathi taking the finial nut off the top of the whistle and seemingly turned it down lower to achieve a better sound from the whistle. I didn’t know this could be done and I’m not completely sure what he did but I think he was successful in making the whistle sound better.
By the way, the whistle on 168 now is the one it had when it went to the park in Colorado Springs. This is the whistle that came with it.
