Years ago I used to perform smog tests in So. Calif. so you could get your car registered every two years, and I once had a car that burned oil so badly that when I ran the smog test you couldn't see across the 3 bay auto shop. It PASSED with flying colors......
One of my night school students worked at the Chevron oil refinery in El Segundo Calif. and he would get complaints about the "pollution" coming out of one of their smoke stacks there. Cliff said that when he checked the source of the "pollution", it turned out to be only steam from boiling water, when he said it was the same as what comes out of a hot tea kettle, the caller wouldn't believe him. Sometimes you just can't fix stupid....
