The roster on Wikipedia says the engine was sold to the White Pass in 1947, the tender placed as rip rap in 1949, and the engine scrapped in 1951. Most army locos were brought south for sale or scrapping however, so wouldn’t its existence be a wonderful surprise. I wonder if anyone has photos late in its career there.
