Re: 499 in Durango_Durango newspaper

A photographer from the local newspaper was there taking quite a few photos of the locomotives as the equipment arrived in Durango as well as taking photos of Mr. Bradshaw observing the equipment move. Mr. Bradshaw was taking many photos as well using a 35 mm SLR. I kept clippings of the newspaper that had some photos but they are in storage, and maybe two editions is all. Maybe look at the Durango newspaper archives? That newspaper was not much then, really pretty bad when I think back, so it may be the paper did not have available resources to archive. My aunt referred to it as the "five minute news".
