That's hard to say how long it would have taken to raise funds for 478 if on the C&T? Colorado commissioner Love likely would have come up with something a long time ago.
Yes...for those who influenced former commissioner Randall regarding regarding their precious 483 are they going to be signing up for the Friends 2020 work sessions??? They can start next year on 483. Highly unlikely!! Very funny way you put it "precious"! Guess that will be 483's nickname now. Lol!!!
