When I was at White Pass in 2011, I asked the railroad folks about the 195 and they indicated they had no interest in it. Apparently, the MacArthurs were not great performers on the hill. What they REALLY wanted at the time was another 70-class engine. At the time, the only route to that end would involve the engine that is in pieces at Dollywood. I think that's still the case. Whether or not the railroad would still be interested in additional steam power is an open question, given the new management.
