It was built in the Bradshaw era or just after. Why a combine? Great for an ADA compliant car. 213 is used as the Handicap car, it has a hydraulic wheelchair lift. Some if the interior seats are removable to allow wheelchairs to set next to the windows. It also has an ADA restroom. In addition to this you can store backpacks for hikers.
