Excellent video! I love it when a video shows the railroad men at work.

One thing I noticed is the order of things on the tender deck. I've always been told that the handing of the spout, both up and down, can be a treacherous thing, sometimes knocking a fireman off balance. From what I've heard it is a wise thing to lower the spout to above the filler hatch, then open the hatch and shove the spout into it. Same when finished - raise the spout out of the hole and close the hatch then push and shove the spout up out of the way. That way, if you do lose your balance you might not end up in the cistern! All wet at best, or seriously injured at worst.

Just a thought.
