Back in the forested valley along the national forest road that extends from Dalton and behind what we know as Lobo Lodge, there are numerous homesites tucked away in the woods in the private land at borders the road before you reach the national forest. I suspect there are 16 of those homesites as part of this large property and that this ad is for one share in the property. Some of the homesites appear on Google Maps imagery to be on the ridges while others are closer to the road in the valley.
