No mention of 487? I KNOW I'm not running this railroad but it seems silly to devote time and energy to 168, a for the most part non-revenue earning locomotive, when a revenue earning locomotive still needs work and 489 is almost out of the flue time. Doesn't seem like they want to be at 3 locomotives during peak season. They've done it before, but not usually with 463 being one of them.
