Timing is everything and when the 2-8-2 first went to Williams, there was a good deal of expectation
that she would have been good puller for the railroad. Cylinders are 1" larger (28") than 4960.
But when the new operator came, that all vanished as she was not in their plans at all.
So, it's now back to where she is more historically fitting.
