I got Mike Blazeks book two years ago and found it very helpful. Combined with a little of the Maxwell drawings I got where I wanted to be. The stock pens are a little spooky, but the photos I have found illustrate that their details changed over time. Mikes book is the best individual asset todate in my opinion.
