Thanks Greg. I really do not know why the decision to run to Antonito was made. I was told there were cars there that were to be taken to Chama. One person suggested that the 315 has small diameter drivers and running her light from Cumbres could heat them up more than necessary. Thus adding cars for braking would reduce the potential of overheating the drivers. That said the following photos are the addition of more cars. Shooting photos from here on here down became more challenging as the weather began to deteriorate from wind blown rain, thunder snow and sleet all accompanied with wind. My son and I photographed all the way down. It was miserable but enjoyable as we were almost alone chasing. On to the next batch of photos:
