....you can't do it this way any more?
When I took this trip behind the 844 in 1961 I was really frustrated we did not have more runbys. But in looking through the pix today, the ones i really enjoy are the ones that show the incredible infrastructure the UP had across Wyoming to support their steam engines. Here is an example from Green River:
But like Kevin says, it is all tank trucks and maybe fire hydrants today.
One of the great things about the C&TS is the infrastructure is still all there.
