Thanks for posting the video link!

When that #18 is getting watered at Hermosa, I noticed one of the trainmen climbing the stairs to the top of the [steel] water tank. Is there a routine purpose to that? Does the tank need to refilled from a manual valve, or what is the point of climbing up there?
