Re: Insulators on D&RG pole lines?

Doesn't surprise me about the 126.4s. I've run across a number of them in antique shops and garage sales in Colorado, so I figured they came from somewhere local.

I didn't realize any decent color HG beehives had come off the Grande. What was found and whereabouts? I grew up along the Rock Island in eastern Iowa, and the best we got was the occasional dark cornflower or dead clear 145. (Still not bad, but only exciting to a beehive collector, unlike say ambers, rich greens, or purples that everybody recogn.)

Then again, if we include standard gauge D&RGW, don't forget the CD 144 Foree Bain patents that were only found between Denver and Colorado Springs.
