Correct, Mark.
When we rebuilt 484 in the mid-1980's, the drivers from 495 were used under the 484 to avoid buying new driver tires. There is a 480 running around with 495's drivers (with the 2-bolt eccentric crank) today. It isn't 484 anymore.
The lack in interchange of valve gear is interesting, especially when 487 is wearing parts clearing stamped "499".
there are minor differences in the saddles as well as the valve gear hanger.
