Nearly all of Ernie's photos are gems, Olaf -

But IMHO that first one above is REALLY special — Thank You for posting it!

And yes, that was the snow-fighting train that derailed just west of the bridge over the old road near the summit of Cumbres Pass.  See [ngdiscussion.net] for another of Ernie's shots, and [ngdiscussion.net] et seq for "The Rest of the Story".
