When PSC was in the process of doing the K-37 in On3, Al Armitage and I went all over Colorado and New Mexico photographing and measuring every K-37 that was still around at that time. Including a raining evening in the Alamosa roundhouse with a leaky roof, each one of them were different in some way:1) they were rebuilt from the standard gauge 2-8-0 and 2) each had a lot of run and shop time on them. None of them were the same !
