If you do some searching in the archives, there are a lot of old threads about various things relating to your question. I'm a bit tight for time right now or I'd reprise some of my own older replies. Just how much detail do you want? Some places, particularly around Gunnison, I can get down to the level of which Forest service roads follow/intersect the grades, etc.I do recommend Forest service maps, available at their various offices, for having all sorts of interesting possibilities on them...
