Goose #2 is on the way to Dolores for a big celebration with #5 tomorrow, then goes to Durango to get air brakes installed so it can run with the rest of the geese at Railfest in August.
Keith Goodrich, who drove the rig into town last night, was bribed into staying the night here with a free room, from Roger Hogan, all he and his wife, Lynne, could eat, from yours truly, and all the beer he could drink from Bob Zorn. A great time was had by all, the crowds swarmed around, and I think there is a good chance that we can get the management to bring in at least one Goose next year.
