Wyoming Valley Machine Company became part of Vulcan Locomotive (Wilkes Berg PA) in 1889. The two companies seem to have a single combined locomotive construction number system.
It appears that WVMCo built 7 locomotives for the Port Huron & North Western. Dates are uncertain, but thought to be 1880-1881. Only one locomotive number is known, No 12, a 4-4-0. Locomotives listed in construction number (c/n) order, noting that c/n 16-115 were skipped (alternately starting with c/n 16/116 a 1 was added ahead of the construction number.)

Dispositions for the first 4 are unknown, the last three, c/n 117-119 all were sold to Jefferson Coal Co of Glen PA
Also, after 1900, the Pere Marquette "renumbered" its narrow gauge locomotives, substituting letters. So c/n 117 became D
