There looks to be at least 3 trips and possibly more. There are photos showing the building of the Dotsero cutoff, as well as pics of the opening of the cutoff. There are pics of both flying Rio Grande and button herald D&RGW engines pulling the San Juan. There are photos of the Santa Fe branch in the late 1930's or early 1940's (with a nice pic showing some of the track arrangement at Taos Jct.) Latest trip appears to be around 1950 showing the Silverton pulled by a bumblebee #473....
