I’m not sure how long they last, but the two doors I received for patterns were in bad shape and showed evidence of multiple repairs. When I removed the bronze castings for the clear view windows the sides fell apart. All the wood joints were shot and only metal casting held it together. The new doors are white oak with 1/2x1/12 T&G reinforced with two #20 biscuits at each joint with waterproof glue. They should last. The old doors have little value as a souvenir .
