To answer your question , no one has made a model of this engine in On3 . I made one in Sn3 , from a Railmaster kit .It was tough ,as I added a lot of nice castings ,made modifications ,etc . Basically ,the PC 2-8-0s were oil-burning C-18s .I have a couple of F&CC box cars and might make a caboose so I can have a PC train.
