Didn't Ken Lively (his parents were Ida Mae and Charles Lively who were Cumbres Pass station agents) own that bulk plant when the family moved off the hill? I recall seeing a video by Les Jarrett with an interview of Ken when he was talking about life growing up on Cumbres and you can see some of the ruins of their gas station and store the family ran up on the hill.
