Rio Grande & Southwestern: [owned by D&RG, operated by NML]
Lumberton to El Vado (33 miles) 1903 [used rail from former TAS]
El Vado to Gallinas (7 miles) 1918 [built by New Mexico lumber co, later to D&RG]
Lumberton to Gallinas removed 1928
Rio Grande & Pagosa Springs + New Mexico Lumber: (totally independent)
ran to Edith, Chromo, and other garden spots. Never quite reached Pagosa Springs. Heavy damage from 1911 floods, mostly dismantled. all gone by the 1920's or so.
