Matt I agree with the other guys, it's Rico. With some minor details, and they did change over time, it looks just like the Lionel model of it that I have on my Christmas layout!

P.S. Volume VI of the RGS Story has a lot of closeup photos of the Rico Depot. There's also a drawing of the depot done by Mike Blazek on page 117.
