I have a painted, unlettered On3 4-6-0 that has no manufacturer/importer name on it and I don't have the original box. It just has a sticker that says "Made in Japan". It has a whale back tender, but the side step arrangement does not fit exactly any of the SP ng (ex-C&C) tenders. So somebody may have produced some at some time in the past. Since this engine has no backhead detail (the drive motor is conspicuosly exposed so I would guess it was made pre 1970's or 80's.) Perhaps it is a NCNG engine but I have not done any tender comparisons of that rr's locos.
