The tender was shopped last winter and arrived without lettering and fresh paint. It never did get any lettering this season until the flying Grande was applied for the Trains Unlimited special. I understand it didn't last too long after the event either. The 'decals' were from Georgetown Loop RR and may not have been the exact ones for the K locos, nor placed correctly.
I wish the C&TS would accommodate the rail fans and have at least one loco lettered for the D&RGW or letter them for one month - September maybe - and get the word out that they did it.
