Thank you Dan, Mal and Brian for the kind words.The plan was to have the book available for pre-sale before Christmas. The book is sizable. About 430 pages with over 400 photos, 40 maps and 18 equipment drawings. In the last few weeks I have received galleys for almost half the book. Chris Lane has done a beautiful job
with the book's design. It will be well worth the wait.
