I have subscribed since sometime back in the 50's, buying individual issues prior to that. I tried to renew my subscription on their website a few weeks ago and the website was unable to locate my subscription. I emailed Jim Wrinn and got a prompt reply first from Jim and then their customer service indicating they were having system problems. They sent me a new account number and after that the renewal went smoothly. So hopefully these various problems are just a bump in the road as the magazine adapts to the cyber world. But it would not surprise me that finding printed issues on newsstands will become more and more difficult as more and more of their customers shift to on-line subscriptions.
