Maybe I've missed it, but has an operating plan for 18 been given?

Don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled it has somewhere to stretch its legs, but I'm curious as to goals to be accomplished with it. D&S is a for profit railroad, and while 18 burns the "fuel de jour", she's smaller than a K28 but a fair margin.

Like I said, I probably missed the explanation....
