This is the time of the year when the railroad looks at where they want certain equipment over the Winter and right when it's ready to open in the Spring. The list probably isn't static right now and they'll be looking at every opportunity to move things without running special trains.

Which cabooses?

Having said that there's some space under cover in Antonito that would be a good spot for 0579.
