Laying track!

One of the more interesting aspects if this thread is it highlights how long the list is. It is also a very diverse list. It is particularly cool that new track is being laid and cars being restored, since more and more the issue is where to run the steam beasts and what can they pull. The 4014 is an interesting example, it is SO big that I wonder if in todays risk adverse uncomfortable with steam capacity constrained corporate universe whether it will be allowed to produce the kind of drama that makes steam so special. I'm sure hoping to see Skookum next week, that's big enough for me and if it is ready for it I'm sure the OCSR folks will allow it to put on a good show.
