Both of these are recent built locomotives.

The Lyd, #190, is owned and operated by the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway and is visiting the L&B. It is a copy of the British built locomotives used on the L&B.

The Lyn, #762, is a reproduction of a BLW locomotive built in Philadelphia for the L&B. The construction and fabrication of the locomotive uses contemporary techniques.
