It is my understanding that in the early days of electrification many oil burning headlights were converted. There no pictures of the 425. It’s sister the 424 had a converted headlight of a different style. The only one of that style was deemed to fragile to stand up to being on a locomotive. We used a “wabash” style headlight we have that was the type used on the K-27s when they were young.
